Um, well, that'd be hard, I'm really just self taught. XD; It's just something you sorta get used to after a lot of trial and error (and having a dictionary handy always helps!) 代 actually threw me for a curve at first because I thought it was read as "dai" and I had to slap myself because it took me a moment to realize "Kamidai" isn't a likely name. And if all fails! http://jisho.org/ is a really awesome site, did a lot to help me when I was starting out and still helps me whenever I translate blog entries from actors I follow.

I've only read the manga as far as One Manga has translated, but I pretty much know what happens all the way up to the middle of the Emerald Arc. lol

...Also, I want to admit that I thought that while the archetype thing was clever, the Jhenerix (lol pun) could have used something that typifies archetypes these days, i.e., monsters with a "When X happens do X" effect. (Lightsworn self-mill, Crystal Beasts crystallize, Reptiless snipes zero Atk, Infernity has the HANDLESS COMBO, etc.) Overall I liked that chapter, though.
